The only issue I had was with the older gentlemen that registered me in. I wanted to get the new ID license but did not have what I needed so got my regular license. Instead of giving me the check list the first time I was there I made an unnecessary trip back a second time only to find out I was still missing something else then the guy gave me the check list. He was very snarky and kind of rude and not at all helpful on my first trip. So decided for my third try to just go to a different location and get my ID license. All he had to do was say you forgot some other papers that you need and hand me the check list. Again not at all helpful maybe the old guy should just retire already. All the other employees at that location no issues.
