Butler Pennsylvania PENNDOT Reviews and Tips
There was an extremely long line and the staff did not really do much more than required. They still worked at a leisurely pace and somewhat ignored visitors until it was their turn. While I was there, the electronic queuing machine broke, which made it even more frustrating and lengthy. My tip would be prepare for a long visit if you go and try to avoid heavy activity times.
