I'm told to make an appointment to avoid standing in line for hours, so I go online to make an appointment and not one DMV office in the whole state is taking appointments.... Is there anything government can do efficiently? All of these pointless hoops, combined with an astronomical amount of ineptitude makes for a needlessly frustrating experience.
