Used to be a time that you can call people and they would answer the phone in a timely matter now they hire anybody who doesn't care about anybody and just lets the phone ring and ringing ringing ringing ring and they don't care about you they don't answer the phone and they just leave you hang in there and they don't want you to answer the phone and they make you drive all the way up there just to find out you can't get an answer to your question Asia so ridiculous anymore this world is going to the hell

I wouldn't give any stars if that were an option! This is the most unfriendly, unorganized DMV that I have ever been to. You arrive to a building with a note to get in line and wait your turn. When someone finally appeared it was a drill sergeant looking man who seemed very angry with a very short and curt attitude. It was early in the day, so couldnt give him the benefit of the doubt of having had a bad day due to lots of ignorant people. When you finally are brought inside, they treated everyone with a very demeaning attitude with very short snide answers to questions. In my mind they need a complete overhaul of all employees to be more customer friendly and helpful since they wouldn't have a job if we weren't there in the 1st place. If they could send someone out to make sure the ones in line have all the required documents required so they don't have to stand in long lines for hours or minimum a sign outside with necessary documentation it would eliminate so much unnecessary aggravation for all involved. What happened to the "southern hospitality" and friendly helpful folks?? They need to either clean house of bad employees and start over or do some serious customer service training!
