Whiteville North Carolina DMV Reviews and Tips
took my grandson to get his driver's license. He didn't pass the first time and unfortunately he had the same lady who immediately copped an attitude. I have driven with him many times and he is a good driver but she decided not to pass him again. They were gone less than 3 minutes. We had practiced the route she took him on and he did fine. He went to speed limit and knew all the road rules. He drove from Leland to Whiteville and did a great job. I feel safe riding with him so I don't understand what her problem was with him except his paperwork states he is from California and maybe she is biased against people moving to North Carolina. If you are new to North Carolina I would avoid her at all cost.
