High Point DMV - License & Theft Bureau

The wait here is always long, but once you get to someone, they usually get you sorted out fairly quick. DMV employees always seem like they'd rather be getting a root canal, but they are courteous and efficient.

The staff were very helpful. The wait was 35 minutes. It was easy to find the location.Parking was spacious and masks were in place with social distancing. Make sure you have time to wait.

Visited the DMV located at 605 Francis St High Point NC with my senior mother to get an ID for her, because she no longer drives. The line was out the door, as many waited to be seen. Once inside I must say Examiner Davila had a system in place. Her Effectiveness to operate and assist everyone ran very smooth. Examiner Davila did a superb job with keeping up with who was next in line. Examiner Davila showed that she was able to assist many customers before close of business. Examiner Davila was very instrument in showing she was there to assist every person that walked thru the DMV doors. Examiner Davila was just Sensational at her Job!!!!
