This DMV is the best kept secret ever! The staff is very friendly and entertaining, they will help you if you have all the appropriate documents you need to be serviced, and kind. The staff are accommodating if you have an appointment and need to leave to print off documents. If you do not have an appointment between 8-11am, they can help you, however appointments are typically required during these hours. After 11:00am walk-ins are welcome, however be prepared to wait up to an hour or so. Lobby clears out typically around 1:30/2:00 and the wait after 2:00pm can be longer depending on the day. Do not go in at 4:00 expecting a Road test, however depending on your needs, they will accept new customers up to 4:15/4:30pm. Hands down the best DMV in North Carolina.
