arrived 30 minutes before closing--less than 5 minute wait. check-in instructions are posted, easy to do. only took about 15 minutes total time to renew my registration.
masks are required, as ordered by government.
staff - all i dealt with and heard/watched around where i was standing -- patient, helpful, informative, friendly.
by far the best experience i've EVER had at this office.
no longer dread going in.
i called the manager the next day to do a "kudos call" for the gal that helped me. they need more of her!
