The biggest complaint was the long line and lack of seating for those waiting in line. We were waiting outside the building. There were only 3 or 4 chairs for over 30 people in line. Workers had to come out, collect items, go back in, process items, and then bring items back to people in line. This seemed to only lengthen process which was already long. I think they should bring each person to desk or countertop like they have done in the past. It would move quicker this way. Banks do it, Walmart check out lines do it, not reason DMV cannot serve people at the counter.
