Bowling Green Kentucky KYTC Reviews and Tips
You have to make an appointment otherwise you're gonna be there til the end of day waiting... even if you have an appointment you have to wait like an hour afterwards
11:39 am, May 2
I did NOT have a great experience with my local DMV this time around. I could not locate the appropriate tab on your web page to try making an appointment to get my Real ID after three attempts of visiting your webpage. Which as it turned out would not have made a difference, thos people who had made appointments were waiting long periods of time too. I myself arrived at 9:15 without an appointment and it took SIX HOURS to complete my business with you. There were nowhere near enough chairs floating around the hallway to accomodate the elder, lame, and/or otherwise hanicap people, of which I am one of. As I understand it your system went down state wide, so there was really nothing that could have been done. These things happen.
