Great service and customer service all around.
The lady that worked with me was awesome! First time I ever left the DMV happy! Having said that, the guy at the desk just inside the front door could use some customer service training. Also, the gal in the booth next to us kept whispering to my agent that she didn't like a certain person and refused to help them. Childish. Reminded me of the fifth grade.
Quick and easy process with friendly and helpful individuals. Great improvement over the long waits of the past.
too slow , need more workers
I have never received my new license and have no idea how to resolve this issue as I only have my paper license.
