I had a wonderful experience at the DMV to get my REAL ID. I had an 8:30 appointment, and I was seen at 8:30. Phyllis helped me organize my necessary papers. At the same time, I renewed my car license plate and my voter registration. Phyllis was patient, informative. Despite a glitch with the photo machine, I still finished by close to 9:00. Why have people make reservations if you can’t even come close to meeting that appointment. I am still waiting an hour later. So disappointed, my tax money soft at work. Same story every time I have to come here..
