Appointments are strongly encouraged and only for Bay County residents who could not complete their transactions using the phone, mail, or online service channels. Limited walk-in service is available before 11 a.m. and after 2 p.m. Appointments are available for driver's license services, road tests, title work, and concealed weapon applications. Express Lane pick up available for online registration renewals.

My birth certificate was stolen I was born abroad lol yes in Okinawa Japan I cannot get another one y'all have a copy of mine and I need one myself can will or what do I have to do to get a copy of that please and thank you
Check with http://travel.state.gov for information about birth records and passports on the State Department’s website…. maybe you can check with the post office where they issue passports and see if they can help you there
