The wait, which was short, was outstanding. however, please understand that for many seniors, their hearing is declining. So please understand that when you are behind plexiglass, it is much more difficult for them to hear you. Not being able to hear you adds an additional layer of stress. A simple smile would go a long way to alleviating that stress. So please don’t take your job so seriously.
