at this point i wouldnt give them even 1 star as no one answers the phone at all....and the online is just as bad as you cant get an appt to do the written test. it would be nice to talk to a person but i have tried off and on all day long and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. tip #1 hire someone to answer the phones
