Really frustrating that it’s all automated voice messages, all I needed to do was talk to a REAL person because I have a very specific situation that you can’t find an answer for online…really disappointing

I do not understand why this DMV office does not have a working phone line. The public should be able to talk to a person working in that office. We don't need to talk to Austin, since we need to talk to someone in Gilmer.
