I arrived at 900 AM and was out the door by 830. I was very satisfied with the women who helped me. She sat booth #1. She was very friendly She even wished me a Happy birthday I was very satisifed
Not the worst experience ever but has steadily gone downhill over the years. The agents are so miserable. So slow.
My sister and I visited the Shillington DMV yesterday. DMV agent Cathy was wonderful. She listened carefully, and explained the entire process to us as she worked. She was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. If you have the opportunity when you visit, ask for Cathy!
Is a zero star possible. Website said open till 3. I go at 2:30 and am told they closed at 12:15. Of course they were still sitting there getting paid, but couldn't be bothered to help me. DMV should be privatized.
