With the real ID thing in progress, these poor folks are slammed. I always get an appointment. The staff lets people without one know that there will be a really long wait. Surprisingly they still have good attitudes even after having to deal with some really crappy people. I couldn't do that job.

Very challenging to get an appointment due to the volume seeking the Real ID. I persevered and got an appointment. There were over 70 people waiting when I arrived, but with an appointment, I became #2 on the wait list. Having an appointment saved me a lot of time.
