Centerville Ohio has a great DMV office. The staff helps everyone very efficiently. I am from another state and was amazed at how speedily they help you.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the most horrible experience on 5/6/25. If you are a woman who has been divorces DO NOT try to get your compliant License!! I was told that I needed an original marriage license of a man I divorced over 30 years ago. Even though I had the original divorce decree!!
Both the female worker and female supervisor treated me like a criminal. Yes, I was frustrated because this was my 2nd attempt and the rules changed from the last time.
Next year, I don't plan on returning to the location. I will drive a little farther to get better service. I filed a complaint with my state representative in hopes that this won't happen to another divorced women.

The folks there were friendly, fast and efficient. 10 minutes in and out! THANK YOU!
Always ready to help.
I was at the Pickerington location on Friday, April 12th at 9:45AM, to get a Real ID. I waited 3.5 hour's with 75+ other individuals. My number was finally called and I was asked for my marriage license and my previous marriage license.
Prior to me coming my family members researched what information was needed for a Real ID. NO where did it say you needed your marriage license if you have changed your name.
I was given a sheet of paper stating that stated that is what is need. I left crying my eyes out.
Worst of all I was just there in January to renew my license and getting a Real ID wasn’t even mentioned.
Pick another location.
If I could give this place a negative 10, I would.
