Please before you tell a customer they are incorrect make sure you know the regulations before doing so. Second time now I’ve had to explain a Veteran policy regarding Ohio BMV regulations to the BMV employees, management and district manager this time. Please review the regs.

My daughter and I arrived 5 minutes prior to Saturday opening hours. We didn't wait in line at all. Staff were fast, friendly and efficient. I had my plate registration and driver's license renewed in 10 minutes. I had previously taken daughter to Massillon and waited an hour in a small, understaffed office.only to be told they couldn't help us. We tried calling Massillon prior to the visit but phones went unanswered. Advice! Go to North Canton. 5 stars North Canton.
9-2-25/ their system went down. When it came up it totally changed the number rotation. Numbers were skipped and repeated. Floor manager was nasty. Window 3 was nasty and truly did not know what to do. The insult to the customers was that they tried to hide what happened. One lady had been there since 9am. Alum creek location.
