Friendly, low wait times, and efficient.
Unless you have a degree in computer science the appointments online is totally useless. We have to log in with Google unless we figure out a way to login with a different email. The site has no button to push to get to the appointments and going through Facebook or Google is total BS. This is especially difficult for seniors who are not into the social networks. The people who work in the Blue Springs office are all very helpful, but the lines are always long due to the lack of being able to use this online crap. Why does the state spend our tax money to support a non-useable site? The new captcha blocks are totally BS as well (that is a Google thing).
Even though most chairs were full, the wait wasn't bad. Very friendly employees. I got my car tags and driver's license with no problem.
I recently moved to the state of Missouri. Callie was very helpful when I got my new drivers license.
None list whether or not they take appointments nor how to make an appointment but have Appointment Details category. HOW DO YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE AT ANY OFFICE FOR REAL ID?
