As with all DMV offices, the best advice is to arrive early and be prepared to wait standing for a while. Sadly, the day I visited, the staffing was down to three clerks who behaved professionally and politely to all the customers I saw. The doors opened promptly at 0800 hours, a couple of folks said they arrived around 0630 - that sounds excessive since they still had to wait for a couple of hours. The line quickly grew to thirty or forty by 0745. A word of warning: don't hop out of line! Those behind you will be unpleasant; those ahead of you might try to help, but the DMV needs to post a sign reminding everyone to stay in line no matter what! The staff was firm and pleasantly professional with every customer. They dealt well with the one person who was a bit yelly and unkind.
All-in-all, it was a typical day at the DMV - busy, overworked staff, a lot of waiting no matter when you arrive, and mostly quiet. Bring a book!
Too bad there aren't benches outside for those waiting before the office opens.

This turns me off to triple A services. Very deceiving office in Waterville Maine. I would never use your services because you are not transparent in your add on line.
Very positive experience .The appointment went on time.
It was very quick and easy.
July 3rd shows as a day you are opened. There were many people trying to do business, but the DMV wasn't.
