Frankfort DMV Office: 222 St. Clair St.

Due to COVID, an appointment was necessary, and so only a few people were there, waiting outside. As the time of the appointment neared, a staffer came outside to get names. We were let in one at a time. Masks were worn. In addition to the usual metal detector, temperature was checked with one of those skin reading things. A form was filled out about CVOVID stuff, like were you coughing, been in contact with someone who was ill. etc. The place was eerily empty seeming, but nice and clean. I was led to where a clerk would complete my business. Social distancing was easy to achieve, because, as I said, hardly anyone was there; the staff outnumbered the patrons. Parking was easy; the streets were empty. It's not a big town, so it was easy to locate. Everything went smoothly, and everyone was nice and helpful, especially as regarding Covid specific instructions. No one yelled at you for being confused or disconcerted, though wearing the mask makes it a bit hard to breathe and fogged up my glasses making it harder to see the forms. Just go online and set up your appointment, and it's actually easier than normal times because you have the place to yourself, no lines or anything.
