If you say you are here to help, please make sure you update your information. I waited in line to get a real ID with the ID you said I need only to find out it was wrong. Now I have to do it all over again.
The wait is often long but the service is always polite and helpful.

I didn't realize until a few days later that instead of getting a new driver's license I only received one that had updated my address. I was also getting my tags renewed after moving from Washington County to Benton Cnty and having my car appraised for the 1st time in Benton Cnty since moving here in Feb. I meant to get a new license but not one that has the star on it yet.
