I needed to renew my license because it was about to expire and the process was super quick and efficient. The staff member I worked with was nice and professional.

It was pretty much what I expected. They worked as fast as they could. Nothing super bad or super good, other than I got everything done in an hour.

The staff was helpful but rushed. I visited this location during Covid-19, so the wait time was quite long due to extra precautions and procedures for safety, which I appreciated. It was a little difficult to get to the location but easy enough if you have Google Maps or other GPS.

The DOT website for making an appointment online is typical of a government run organization, or I should say disorganization. Nothing is intuitive for making an online appointment, and I wasn't able to make one. Get your act together.

Stopped today - Friday around noon for handicap application and we were out of there in 30-35 minutes even with what looked like 30-40 people waiting, NO complaints from us!!!
The last time we stopped by was in November to transfer titles with our son, it was actually a pleasure as we were in and out within 15 minutes.
The employees in each instance were wonderful and NO complaints!!

We have been to the Bartillion location twice in the past 4-5 months and was impressed by the charges and how quickly we were taken care of ! The first time was with my son to change titles on our exchange of Jeeps and were in and out in less than half an hour. This week my wife and I were there around noon to apply for handicap parking tag. Altho there must have been 40-50 folks waiting, we were finished and out the door in less than an hour and it seemed that each station had a well-qualified person to handle any question or problem. Absolutely nothing negative at all !
