The receptionist was nasty and disrespectful. Uncaring and unhelpful
This site hires employees (Josie-penndot worker and Steve-the so called security guard) that bully and harras long term, disabled employees (19 year). Out of 3 supervisors.. Gary-site supervisor, sasha-DM for Unique source, and Jennifer from Butler Blind played the blame game and let the bullying continue for 3 1/2 years! This site is exactly why victims do not speak up.This is not a nice site and anyone from Butler blind, Unique source, and especially penndot that has any authority at all should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen to a disabled employee for over 3 years!!
I had a very unpleasant experience on March 27th around 12:30 PM while trying to get a document notarized. My spouse and I came in together for notary service. From the moment we walked in, the employee was sitting with her hands under her chin and had an attitude before we even started speaking.
When she asked what type of document it was, I answered that it was court papers since I was standing there with my spouse. She said she needed to hear it directly from him, which was fine, but her tone was very rude and nasty. I said I did not know I wasn’t allowed to speak and that she could have just asked him directly, but instead she said she would not provide the notary service at all, so we had to leave without getting our documents notarized.
The whole situation was unnecessary and honestly a little embarrassing. This is a paid service, not a favor, and attitude matters when you work with the public. I did not realize a service could be refused simply because someone politely responded or disagreed with how they were spoken to. Very unprofessional experience.
