The private DMV that we went to to have our truck registered, was amazing! I love the ladies in there and their Customerservice! The government MVD our bunch of rude Butthead. I give up even trying to use them. I will pay more money for better customer service, and someone with a wonderful attitude.

There’s a QR code all over the office to check in. Nowhere around the QR code does it state they don’t take walk-ins. Nowhere in the office that I saw. Does it state that they don’t take walk-ins. If you use the QR code, you can either check in for your appointment or mark yourself as a walk-in. But they don’t take walk-ins. So why is that an option? When I utilize it The member at the desk was extremely rude. That walk-ins are not allowed. Then take it off your damn check in. And don’t be rude about it when people utilize a tool you have given them.

Worst! If walk-in is not allowed, take it off options when checking in!!! WTF is so hard about that? It’s not COVID anymore. Open the doors! It’s always been a crap show and Alamogordo.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The following is what DMVs FAIL TO TELL YOU ON THE WEBSITE on name changes due to disassociation, failed relationships , a subpar divorce decree:

If you were married now divorced & changed your name inbetween YOU ARE NOT TOLD WHAT TO BRING EXACTLY UNLESS YOU ASKED EITHER A FRIEND who already 'knew' because DMV failed to tell them too OR you're already at your appointment, window. DMV for the REAL ID needs to UPDATE their complete document list* REQUIREMENTS for special circumstances/individuals. God help you if you were born in another country. They want to see everything but a stool sample lol.

update* should be:
Born abroad: birth certificate (good luck getting a certified duplicate if you don't have the original), The original certificate of (US) citizenship.
divorced: marriage & divorce certificates
name changes: bring the Final Order signed by the Judge.
Be forewarned , ALL CERTIFIED COPIES MUST HAVE RAISED SEALS, BE EMBOSSED. DMV jokers absolutely reject the courts ink stamps.
