This site seems very unorganized. Not nearly enough seating. Waited well over an hour for grandson to take permit test. Many people standing. Numbers called very slowly.
We changed our address on our licenses on June 11, 2024 at the Kiln location. We had trouble finding the place. We called the place and the manager gave us direction and even went outside to wave us down. Great customer service.
I must say the the Brookhaven,Ms DMV on Hwy 84 is the best DMV experience I have ever had.
Tammy and the whole staff was super helpful and made moving to Mississippi even more joyful.

Easy to make appointment to renew DL AND WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN 30 minutes.
