We had such a wonderful DMV experience titling my son’s first truck. Taylor was who helped us and she was wonderful! Not only was she friendly but very knowledgeable. She explained what the difference between salvage and prior salvage was, which was good to know! She has a great personality and I truly appreciate her fantastic customer service!
I went to the Lee’s Summit DMV to renew my drivers license this week. The whole process was quick and the lady greeter was professional and helpful. The lady who processed my renewal was very friendly and helpful.
I just moved here from out of state and needed to transfer my title, get new plates/stickers, and a MO driver's license. I went in on a Friday morning, first day of the month, and it was just me and the other ladies working. They were so friendly and helpful, I actually have never in my life enjoyed visiting the DMV, but I can't say that anymore. Thanks, ladies, for making that process so painless, and dare I say, enjoyable. Avoid the end-of-the-month rush, though. That's just gonna be your own fault.
I was in their office on July 14 to renew my license plates. I was in there only about nine minutes and Bekah was very helpful!
This is the nicest and most professional DMV that I have ever been to. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Was a pleasure dealing with the 2 young men that were working there! A+
