I was unable to make an appointment so I took my personal info and took my chances at the DMV office at 5943 Antioch Road in Gladstone Missouri. I took my computer incase it was a long wait and to my surprise they had free wifi. I waited about 30 min. and then was helped by a wonderful and charming young lady that was very professional and competent. I forgot her name. But I am so grateful. My name is John Hertenstein

Well ZACH at Blue Springs License Office, I have spent over one-half hour attempting to find out the transaction number requested on your " How are we doing?" slip of paper at the counter. Searched my Receipt and could NOT find any "TRANSACTION NUMBER". I want to say THANK YOU for your courtesy, attention and complete knowledge of my transaction [ NO TRANSACTION NUMBER HOWEVER]. If the office was run in the manner in which you performed, life in Blue Springs would be much improved! At least at the license office. In my 25 years dealing with this office, MASS CONFUSION is the operative word. Again MANY THANKS for a most [ FIRST] pleasant experience. The 5 star rating is for YOU !
