Went this morning 9/9/24, got a duplicate title, charged me $20. Didn’t know the mileage so I had to leave and come back, I went home to get the mileage and found the original title, went back with the 2 titles and they charged me $15, I told the lady I had already paid $20 earlier, she said I still have to pay $15. So I gave her a twenty dollar bill, and the 2 titles, she gave me back the twenty and went away with the 2 titles. When she came back she said I’m gonna need that twenty cause you already got the duplicate. I gave her the twenty and she took the original title, said they’d mail me the title and gave me a receipt for the twenty. I didn’t read the receipt till I got home, they charged me $15 and $20 was tendered with $5 in change of which THEY DID NOT GIVE ME
