You cannot get a license. Every excuse under the sun.

NEVER answers the phone. Doesn't take walk-ins. Impossible to get an appointment. Only online appointments through a complicated maze of options - all weeks away.

Appointment was for 1030 but was not called until 1130. The individual checking me in could have informed us of the back log. Employees were were in no hurry to clear the back log and some took a break after each costumer leaving only one window open at times. The express line had two windows open which made no sense. It seemed as if the employees wanted to do everything but open a window for those that had appointments.
