Kapolei DMV Office: 1000 Uluohia St., # 103

The office overall was slightly out of the way if you are not from the west side of the island. Though at least it is found in a relatively safe place and located at least somewhat close to the freeway exit. It was fairly easy to find and had an adequate amount of parking for it being a state building and all. That being said I had to drive around the block once due to missing the entrance though other than that it was alright. As for the staff they did a passable job as with most DMVs in the state customer service is not always a top priority. The Covid procedure seemed on par with what we expect to see in the state of Hawaii. I think some helpful information is to schedule early and schedule around your appointment. There is a very limited amount of appointments and things take longer than usual to to process. That being said if you can go early it might be better to get it done earlier than wait till the last minute.
