The Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (ADOT MVD) has announced the launch of its Live Chat service, providing customers with a convenient and efficient way to access answers and services.

The Live Chat service allows customers to communicate directly with an MVD representative and get their questions answered in real-time. Customers can access the service directly from the MVD website, azdot.gov/mvd. Once connected, customers can enter their questions in the online chat window, and an MVD representative will respond with relevant information.

The Live Chat service is a great alternative to lengthy phone calls and long wait times. According to the MVD, the service will provide customers with “quick and easy access to answers and services.”

In addition to the Live Chat service, the MVD offers an online COVID-19 FAQ page containing information about the latest updates and service changes. The FAQ page can be accessed directly from the MVD website.

The launch of the Live Chat service is part of ADOT MVD’s ongoing efforts to improve customer service and reduce wait times. The service is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and customers are encouraged to take advantage of the service to get their questions answered quickly and easily.

The MVD is dedicated to providing the best customer service and experience possible and continuously seeks improvement. The Live Chat service is part of the MVD’s effort to provide customers with the help they need efficiently and conveniently. It is one of many ways the MVD makes customer service easier and more accessible.
