Delaware On the Go DMV Services for residents

The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles DMV is offering mobile services to drivers who wish to apply for vehicle registration or driver's license and a variety of other services shortly. The DMV is partnered with Keep America Moving, which will provide all DMV services to drivers who register their vehicle online, by phone, or in-person at the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles office in Dover.
