I went to the BMV at 4740 Cemetery Road today. GREAT experience. I used "Get in Line" from home and didn't have to wait when I arrived. Amiah was pleasant and efficient. The gentleman who took my photo was also friendly and efficient. $32 and 10 minutes later and I was on my way. Many thanks for a job well done.

We just had the best experience at the West Deptford DMV. Karen P. helped us. She was so pleasant and helpful. She had a big smile on her face and just made our visit so enjoyable.

I’m extremely upset at not being able to talk to a real person! Your “Sherry” is ridiculous! No prompts for what I needed and when I tried a prompt, she’d say she didn’t get it. Put real people back on the phones so we can get real service!

This is GREAT!! The website states clearly that appointments are required but there is NO LINK to actually make an appointment. Whoever designed this website is an idiot!

Today, while renewing my wife's ID, we experienced a minor issue at the DMV. Thankfully, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The supervisor, Susan, and staff member Alexis provided exceptional service, professionalism, and patience throughout the entire process.

Their willingness to help, clear communication, and positive attitude made a stressful situation smooth and manageable. We truly appreciate their dedication and the outstanding customer service they showed us today.

Went to Johnstown Motor vehicle department today to renew and get enhance license. With the person outside the office looking at all your paperwork to make sure you have everything is a time saver. The ladies were wonderful it was painless in and out. Nice Job!!

I am so out done by these people at this DPS office. It is amazing that there is no one there and you walk in just to get a simple drivers license replace because of loss and they tell you that you have to make an appointment. Whatever happened to customer service. So you get to sit and wait for folks to come in on an appointment which may or may not happen but then when you get a few people to walk in for just simple things they tell you have to make an appointment and they are not busy at all.I truly hope that they’ll never be a cut back in their positions. too bad you can only give them one star. For this to be small town America they sure are acting like Metro America.

I have just tried calling 4 times and all I get is the phone ringing and then it eventually hangs up on me. All I am trying to do is check on a registration/plate for our vehicle. I hate having to get in touch with these people as they never answer a phone. Very poor customer service.
