Staff is incredibly rude, inefficient and frankly incompetent. Depending on who “helps” you and the day you go in, what documents you’ll need and if they are feeling like accepting what you have varies from person to person and day to day. For a town of this size the way this office is ran is embarrassing. On and don’t bother to try calling that is not apart of the job duties here. Honestly the state should reevaluate who contracts are handed too. It’s evident the contract winner here hasn’t step foot in and/or doesn’t give a flip about what a waste of tax payers resources it is. Go anywhere but here

You can’t get hold of this lovation

Just bad in general. Needs more workers in order to speed up the process and serve everyone quicker.

Service is just bad in general. I arrived at 5am and was in the middle of a line that had about 25-30 people which I wasn’t complaining. But even though they open up at “8am” they didn’t serve anybody until 10 which threw not just me, but everyone else off as well. And another thing is they need more workers/staff. If they gain more people then everyone could be served way quicker and would speed things up rapidly

As a disabled senior citizen I was treated kindly, politely and efficiently.

This is ridicules I’ve been trying to make an appointment & I can’t find where to go to get an appointment I keep getting sent to all these different websites & I don’t see where to make my appointment. Y'all need to do better instead of just wanting everything done online or by mail.
