The environment you work in and your day is how YOU choose to make it. Holding in to what little faith I have left in humanity, I entered this BMV today and took note that I am definitely a number and not a person. I get that there is a system to keep things running smoothly as there should be, but would it hurt to smile or be friendly? Also for anyone who doesn’t know, you can sign in online for testing just found this out. Testing stops an hour prior to closing, even if you’ve waited for hours. There is no way to let anyone ahead of time know that you are there to test to get it out of the way while they are working with other people. All I did was ask and they kept cutting me off. Still a human being over.

My daughter went to take her driver's test this morning and you know being a teenager and all they are not completely up to date on how things work when you go to the BMV. The customer service was horrible. The lady was rude and did not bother to explain how the process works. I would not recommend sending your teenager in without accompanying them!!!

Customer Service, A few moments ago of this review, I had the opportunity to speak to one of your agents, Ms. Lilveta. She provided excellent service sharing the needed information about license renewal. My husband and I reside overseas and are still residents of Columbus, Ohio. In addition, my driver's license is scheduled to expire on my upcoming birthday 2024. She courtesy assisted in such a professional manner and directed me to the site needed to update. Thank you so much for hiring and training personnel that shows respect and knowledge of the Ohio Driver's License rules.
