I had about a 20 minute wait, but it only took about 10 minutes to take care of business.
Very rude didn't take time to find out all details
Make sure you have all documents needed and make online apt. Go half hour early to get a spot in line. Be prepared to wait a long time in lobby for number calling. We waited over a few hours even with appointment.
I purposely drove to the Durango office today (Saturday) because the DMV site says that is a walk in day. We get there & the lady at the door says that walk ins are now Wednesday, as of July 2023. I came home & rechecked & the site definitely says Saturday. The lady said appointments were listed as far as late November. This is only Oct. 7 & my license expires early November. I have never seen such a screwed up system.
Best staff I have ever seen.No matter how busy, always smiling, helpful, and professional,we are lucky to have you!!!!
