Went last year to renew driver's license. LONG wait, surly clerk.
Went today to renew my car tags. What a difference! Alexis was courteous, cheerful and very helpful. I didn't have my insurance card. No worries. She looked it up. She took my email address so my next notification would be emailed to me. She was delightful! Too bad I have to wait two years to see her again!

I will give rating 0 if I can. This place is going down. Horrible place, not enough staff at the desk. Sit here for almost 2 hours to get driving license. It supposed to be 2 staff at the desk but one of them left to take a break or lunch more than one hour now. Her desk is on the left side of the building. I came last week to do something else and was gave the number and told to have a seat little bit before 4 pm. She yelled and scream and told us that they did not take anybody else so I told her in that case why we got the number so she asked who gave you the number so I told her to go and asked her so she told us to have a seat. Just lazy with attitude. It will be 2 1/2 hour that we wait in here now. This place needs to get worker that willing to work with good customer service experience. I made mistake to come here today. Do not know is this BAD.
The postcard reminder saying one's driver's license is due to be renewed needs larger print & also more explicit instructions on what one needs to renew the license for the Real ID. The staff at the license bureau agreed it's very confusing so please fix it so it is easier to understand so a person doesn't have to make multiple trips to the place.
